An Indian-American doctor from Texas, who was convicted of raping a sedated patient in a hospital, will not serve prison time and, instead, will spend 10 years of probation.
The woman told hospital staff about the rape, prosecutors said. He said a physician she didn’t know went to her bed three times in one night, and sexually assaulted her. She was tethered to a machine. The woman attempted to hit the button to call nurses, but this had been unplugged.

Anesthesiologist here. If they give you a vaccine, or any other medical treatment for that matter, without your consent, that is assault. I know I’ve heard of people being offered the jab while under, though they don’t do that at my institution, but consent is still implied there. It’s IM vs IV like practically everything else we give, so would be very conspicuous to administer. That being said, I suppose it’s possible some zealot would do it under the radar, but that’d be a risk for any needle that goes in your arm.

Why do you think that the government has the employer take out those taxes? If people had to write a check to the government every payday there would be a revolt.
In China it seems a lot of the people revolting had all their money stolen by corrupt banks laundering it to themselves through loans, so it's not like the Government can force them to pay. Britain may simply clear out bank accounts of those refusing to pay.
So, if someone found out they got jabbed that way, and realizes that they may keel over and collapse at any time now, what is to stop them from going back to that hospital and poniarding the fuckface who jabbed them? I mean, I might die suddenly anyway now, so why should anything deter me from giving a scumbag a nice big 7-8 inch deep tranny vagina right through their chests over their hearts?
