? Removed from SH Online Training Group, but my subscription is paid

My CC was lost, so I had it replaced. And apparently the process of updating my payment method caused my subscription to lapse. I logged in, fixed it, and it said that it successfully processed my payment.

But I can't access the online training forum

How does this get fixed?
