Sent S&B PMII to S&B service center in Winchester, VA after scoped rifle fell off rifle rack onto cement floor. Internal windage shifted to right and would not center. Jerry Ricker, S&B repair shop repaired scope in 2 days and returned at no charge. Kudos for the exceptional customer service.

Jerry is one of the reasons I will keep buying Schmidt scopes. Need more guys like him. Top notch guy.
Jerry is the only reason I still consider Schmidts, haha! He's a great dude.
This is encouraging. I just reached out to their service center for an issue my PMII just started having.
Jerry is awesome; the whole crew at SB Winchester, VA gives top notch customer service.
In case anyone was still having doubts, Jerry is top notch in customer service! Called him when the detent pin dropped in my turret causing no audible clicks in the turret when I attempted to reset the zero stop. I paid to ship it, and that was it. 7 business days later it was back on the rifle ready to go.
