As a society we need to reevaluate what we tolerate. I am not sure how to do this but allowing cancer to plan and scheme under the guise of education of the most moldable of us seems ridiculous.

Or, perhaps they tend to not be vocal and are navigating to their benefit of actually creating opportunities? Laying low? Living life? This is not to say that the education system is currently working - because it is certainly broken. All we need to do is look at STEM based scores to objectively determine.

Some never learned that truth. Look at the internet. But why?

Parents, who, while good people, perhaps devoted too much time to work/whatever. Like much of the boomer gen that some hate so much, assumed that "Everything will be alright." The kid didnt get strong foundations, so when the flood of the world hit (school and internet), what he did have easily crumbled and let him fall into a cesspool of deceit.

Way back I asked myself about this internet thing. What is a 'net' used for? How about a 'web'? Trapping things. co incidence? Most likely but...............
