First he shows a gelatin head get blown up by 30-06. Then compared a gelatin head to actual flesh and skin of the neck.
Ok.

Then later in the video he says “we saw the gel head test and if Charlie was shot in the neck it would have literally blown his head off.”
Really?

Again later he says, “if it was a 30-06 that hit him in the front of the neck, sitting in a chair, it would have not only probably blown his head off, it would have sent his entire body backwards up over the back of the chair.”

That's what Candace Owens just reported; as soon as Kirk was shot two TPUSA folks took down the cameras directly behind Kirk while others started moving him - she called the one she knew and he said he would play it for her on his laptop to show there wasn't an exit wound but didn't want to just send it to her for fear it would be distributed- said it's not gory at all as there is nothing - no blood let alone exit wound, on the back suggesting this was a small caliber bullet not a 30-06.
We need to see autopsy photos.

Autopsy will tell the tail or maybe the medical staff that were hands on, if they spoke up. Id be very leery of any content creators that can’t provide evidence of their claim.

My speculation on the no exit theroy is the projectile was diverted or stopped by the cervical vertebra, if no exit is visible.

I definitely wouldn’t blindly trust Candice Owens.
