There is more genetic variation within sub-saharan africa then there is the rest of the world.
I.E. A norweigian and chinese and native american people are more closely related DNA wise than 2 random people from sub-sahara africa.
Its chaos theory/butterfly effect in spades. Small changes in initial conditions (DNA/society) have huge implications long term in complex systems.
Also I beleive the chimp to human is 98 or 99% similar. Within human has a variation of less than 0.1% or we are 99.9% the same across the globe (I think--and verfied--its on the web it must be true!). In other words, you are all talking out your asses.
