The author William Gaddis, who wrote satires about some of American culture's more ridiculous things, devoted his fourth novel to satirizing the American "justice" system. He opens the novel with the following sentiment: "Justice? That's for the next world. In this world we have the law."
A Frolic of His Own, by William Gaddis, is the novel. And it does a great job satirizing our "justice" system. When you consider he wrote and published the novel over 30 years ago, you might say he predicted the current situation.
He more or less predicted the junk bond etc fallout on Wall Street during the late 80s/early 90s, with a novel called "JR" that he wrote & published in the 1970s.
Come on man! It wouldn’t hurt that bad to spend the night in the pokey.
I came across this and found it interesting. The bullet did not exit. The surgeon found in just under the skin. His body took all of the energy. However I don't buy into the whole, "man of steel" bone density stuff.
OK, now ask yourself the following questions post event,
Who had the ability to plan, inject confusion, play on sentiments, and stage the event into its post, perception?
Whose agenda is furthered by this event?
Always ask the above questions about any event, no matter which side you're on.
Years ago the 5 basic words the media was always guided by were the 5 W's,
Who, What, Where, When, (& the most important), Why.
Now all we see are agendas being presented, disguised as news.
In confusion there is opportunity, and in today's America, opportunity abounds.
Now for the last question, Would either side in a war sacrifice one, for the greater good?

I had a classmate in high school that was deer hunting and was shot by his own gun in the neck with a 30-06. He lived, but just barely. Huge damage. Very long surgery and several follow-up ones. They ended up skin grafting from his ass to his neck. Obviously it didn’t hit anything so critically that it was immediately fatal, but it was close and the pics were insane.
I have taken lots of animals with that caliber. Through bone. The damage is authoritative. I don’t believe this X post at all.

We have policy issues that we need to fix. 100%. I don’t disagree with you on that.
We have policy issues that contribute to high crime rates in certain cities and states. It’s policy that contribute to these issues. We don’t just go out and start blaming all blacks for it. They’re not all part of that problem. Just like not all Jews are part of the problem. Not an excuse to demonize and entire race of people.

We agree on that to. To me, it’s a sin problem. Everything we’re dealing with is just a side effect of that.

It's not the policies (sorta) but those that made up the policies and enforce them.
Now ask yourself what group has control over those policy makers? Who spends the money to put those people in place?
