Stopped by,... JACKS,... a southern burger chain, while out this am.
While eating & scanning the place I see the cleaning lady approx 80yo, drop a complete package of cup lids which broke open & they all went rolling everywhere. They no more than hit the floor and two young boys approx 8&10 yo eating with their parents jumped up, and was picking them up before the cleaning lady even was able to bend over. Needless to say, the place erupted for that family. Maybe there is hope.

I once stopped to help a lady change a flat tire in Austin texas on a busy highway , she was evidently scared to death of me , would only roll her window down about a inch to speak to me , I changed the tire and sent her on her way , she did try to pay me 10 $ through that 1 inch hole of a window , I wouldn't take it told her that I would hope someone would help my mom or sister in the same situation. Another story about my trying to help a damsel in distress didn't turn out so well , one night leaving a party late at night after drinking and smoking too much in Austin ,I happened apon a young lady who had ran out of gas , she had a gas can a only had 5 dollars , I volunteered to go to the nearest gas station and return ,next thing I remember is waking up in Lampasas the next morning and finding a gas can and 5 dollars in the front seat of my truck , hopefully I've done enough good deeds since then that I don't burn in hell.

Wonderful story. Wonderful Kids. Unfortunately, I don't think the cup lids would pass the "3 second rule" so they probably can't use them anyway, but excellent effort.
