Source for good hard cast plated 9mm & 45 bullets?

Anyone have a recommendation and source for good plated hard cast bullets?

9mm (124 gr) and 45 (200 or 230 gr) for practice?

I have had good luck with BERRY there a 230 gr 45 plated that are "double stamped" there readily availalbel I paid $60.00 for 500 locally here in Illinois.
Let me know if there are a lot of requests may be able to get a group buy going
I would take 2-3K of them

I doubt plated bullets will be hard cast. I believe Berry's are swaged.
