Hey All; I'm new to this sight and hopefully not too much of a bother,
I hunt the coastal woods of western Washington.
The reason I am here, is for help with suppression for two of my rifles.
The first is a 7x57(.284") mauser sporter rifle with a 20" barrel (7.62 suppressor).
The second is an 8x57(.323") mauser sporter rifle with a 22" barrel (338LM suppressor)
I was considering cutting the 7mm to 18" for the extra weight and the 8mm to 20".
Any info or experience for suppression of these two calibers would be greatly appreciated.
Could I use one for both rifles or is .054" too much variance to be effective for both?
I would like to spend as little as possible, thanks for the help!
