I find myself way to busy now a days to write anything at length. So I'll wrap this up in a nut shell. Had a problem with a scope purchased from SWFA. Turrets did not line up with the indication mark on the scope. SWFA fixed this no questions asked. Sent me a brand new scope with a return shipping label in the box for my damaged scope. Not one cent out of my pocket, that's customer service.

A note for those people who like to bash businesses on public forums. I politely and professionally pmed SWFA here on the Hide and explained my problem. A very fast courteous professional response came back from SWFA eager to fix the problem. Imagine that, you get more with sugar than you do with vinegar.
