Switchable Swappable Convertible 308 338LM models

What builder offers a <span style="font-weight: bold">field</span> convertible / swappable / switchable rifle that will shoot both 308 and 338LM rounds?

The rifle has to be <span style="font-weight: bold">available for purchase</span> (January 2011) AND suitable for a <span style="font-weight: bold">left handed</span> marksman.

I am aware of the MRAD (waiting for mid-2011), DTA SRS (not lefty friendly), and MSR (currently vaporware?).

My suggestion would be Blaser tactical 2. Thats if you don't mind being different from everybody else.

John Pierce makes one and my shooting partner has one. He has 243,308,300,338 in one package. Everything can be done witha 19mm and a 3/16 allen wrench.
