TV Show Car Science??? WTF!

Has anyone seen the show Car Science on the Speed Channel? The episode "Art of the Apex" was on when I got up this morning, they were shooting up a car w/ firearms trying to explode the gas tank.

Changed the channel after I saw them show a remington 700p and they gave the specs: 20" bbl, .308 cal, effective range of 2 miles. It was a 26" bbl, but effective range, seriously what are these people thinking?

I was in error. Bill Davis googles as a well known and respected movie firearms prop specialist.
