Which contour for rem 700

I have a rem 700 in an aiax chassis and want to change the barrel out. I'm thinking 1-10 twist, however when I look at the different barrel manufacturer websites I don't really understand the contours.

I personally see a lot of MTU's, Light Varmints and Standard/Heavy Palma contours in the long range community, but there are many good options.
