Looking to sell my shorty 308 so I can build an NRL hunter rifle. Smithed by Shaen Meagan. Specs are as follows:

Defiance Anti SA - 308 bf
19” Bartlein CFW Barrel - #4 contour, threaded 5/8”-24, 36 rds
Manners eh-2 elite tac - moolah paint scheme, bedded for defiance anti/ruckus
Hawkins BDL bottom metal and follower
Bix and Andy Tacsport (can keep trigger and subtract $210 from rifle price)

Also have defiance action wrench if needed $105 with the rifle

Asking $2675 shipped for rifle, no optic or suppressor

Target is three rounds of Hornady black 168 a max off a bag. Rifle is a hammer.

I did have to relieve a little material in the barrel channel (about 3” on the left side) with 400grit sand paper. Taped everything off and got only what I needed. Can’t see it with the BA in, but I was going to paint it after a while. Barely scratched the surface of the fill. Just wanted a little more clearance to the barrel

Bolton is making this announcement on a television show that doesn’t air in the U.S. (Just consider that for a moment.)
He says he’d run “primarily on the basis that we need a much stronger foreign policy.” That feels a little on the nose, as being a warmonger is the only thing Bolton is known for: He has admitted to planning foreign coups on national TV, and he was fired as national security adviser because he kept trying to start wars after promising Trump that he wouldn’t.
Bolton suggested that he could beat Trump in 2024, because “Trump’s support within the party itself is in terminal decline.” But Bolton skips over the fact that he has essentially zero support in the GOP. Beating Trump sounds fine — it’s getting people to vote for Bolton that’s the issue. Description: Never worn for any serious use, except for new helmet goofin' around the house at night. This is a really great helmet for nighttime hunting, rock climbing, boating, and simple athletic sports. I would NOT recommend using this for any serious tactical use, unless you're using it as a training tool to save your neck. This will come with the agilite, original microfiber cloth, and the streamlight, mounted to the side. Upon request, I can take the duct tape off and clean the service with IPA to get rid of the sticky glue residue. If it is not a bother, I'll keep it on otherwise.

I haven't posted here in a long time. In 2011, I bought a Sako TRG-22 in .308. I've been thoroughly impressed with its accuracy and quality, but I'm looking to upgrade for quick change barrels, caliber swaps, and 6.5mm ballistics. I'm just getting back into shooting after going through a divorce of few years ago and I have always wanted an AI rifle.

I went to EuroOptic in person last week and put a deposit on the rifle linked below. I like the old-school AI AT look and they had this unfired display model that was just over $4100. I'm amped up to get it, I need to sell my TRG unfortunately, but that's what I've decided to do. I'll buy a .308 barrel for the AT down the road to burn up the supply of 308 ammo and components I have on hand.

All of the above said, is there any good reason to get an AI AT-X instead? They were at least $1,000 more and only had the fixed stock version; the AT I put a deposit on is a folder. I'm not second guessing myself, I just never bothered to research the AT-X. Thanks for any advice or input!

I spent about 20 minutes at the Las Cruces gun show at 1530-1550.

I rarely ever go concealed anymore because I am a dumb ass, and I wanted to go to Fort Bliss PX on the way home.

If you could pick a place to call together ex-con gang tattoo owners, hood punks and consperancy theory college teens into one place with a shit load of AR-s and cheap striker fired pistols this was it.

There was a guy that had a couple Ruger #1s, and even a Pre-64 M70.

One table of Pakistanimation knives, and they guy claimed he had custom makers do them.

One table of massively over priced Chinese optics from a company I had never heard of.

If you are in Las Cruces for something on Sunday the 8th of January and you are getting a root canal or blowing your tythe money at a Mega Church it is probably more enjoyable.

LMT MAR H in 6.5 Creedmoor. Took as a trade and I haven’t shot it. Previous owner said 300ish rounds fired. Barrel is 20 in. Area 419 break. Has a drop in trigger but don’t want to take it out to figure out what it is. Has the LMT DMR stock.

Scheels has 223 rem Lapua brass, but it does not specifically say that it is "match." In my searchs through the internet this is the first time seeing it. They have it for the cheapest price.

I've already emailed state senators and representatives. This bill if passed would give law abiding gun owners 300 days to register thier guns or face felony charges. No manufacturing, ownership,transfer, or sale of any semiautomatic or any magazine over 12 rounds.
Illinois is still home to Rock River, Springfield Armory, Armalite and others. LMT and Les Baer have already moved across the river to Iowa to avoid Illinois taxes and regulation.

So please contact Senate President Don Harmon IMMEDIATLY at 217-782-8176 and demand he block SB 2226 “The Assault Weapons Ban.”
