Andrew Cuomo or muslim socialist......decisions, decisions....

Yo, it's decided...

The old mobster's COVID nursing home fiasco which led to the deaths of up to a thousand senior citizens, really fucked him over this time. This had been the one thing nobody had let go of and kept hounding Cuomo about throughout the campaign and rightfully so.

The other one is just plain fucking mentally ill and a narcissist to boot. Completely delusional.

Iran go boom

I have thought about this. It could be for a couple reasons:

1. The reports are true, the MOPs didn’t do thier job.

2. The centrifuges were indeed destroyed but the material was moved to other locations - make it, move it; repeat continuously and disperse the finished product across multiple sites so as to preserve as much as possible while allowing the known production site to be hit while preserving the uranium as well as other unknown production and storage sites.

3. They had advanced knowledge the strikes were coming and GTFO was the order for all critical items that were not bolted down. See #2. I mean, hell, it was all over the news and internet before it happened. It’s almost like it was intentional telegraphing and backchanneling. Not totally unlike the missiles being shot into Qatar, which had its own series of implications.

4. The Iranians are completely and irredeemably stupid and inbred to the point that they left everything there and it was actually obliterated.

what are the odds that ONLY #1 or #4 is totally correct? Even the Iranians aren’t that stupid. I wager the threat is still there.
Was just watching this
Login to view embedded media Go about 3:50 into the interview. He goes into depth how the Administration knows the bombings worked. Even noted if they got the materials out Isfahan was the only place they can enrich it to weapons grade and the whole facility was top side, Israel took it out and the US made sure of it. Even the head of the IAEA says they have been set back years.

This might just kick shit off in NYC finally. Everybody knows New Yorkers don't have time or patience. Make an already tedious shopping experience even more bland and longer and people will be going apeshit. Holding the train doors open for more than 3 seconds CAN get someone's ass kicked in some neighborhoods. NYC's main export throughout history is fisticuffs and street fighting. :ROFLMAO:

Maggie’s Man's Best Friend Thread

I know this pain. My once in a lifetime dog died less than a year ago. I still think about him and talk about him often.

Alternative choice to push-button sling loops on bolt guns?

Not saying the paraclips are great-looking (flush cup versions here), but here they are on my AT.

The buttstock one is pointed down, otherwise it hits me in the jaw.

Your pic made me get in The Way Back machine.

Remember the original AICS 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 chassis?
They all had steel loops for HK style sling attachments by default. I kinda forgot about that.

Those have not been on my radar. But, it's been a couple years since I last looked on the sling market. Have you seen, heard of, or had any of those fail yet? I wonder how well the plastic holds up over time, exposure to the elements, and the wear and tear of usage.
I can't speak for years of usage yet but they have been doing nicely with 14 to 18lb rifle rigs getting banged around. That would include the occasional getting the rifle caught on shit and other shock/shear type spike loading to the part.

Not 100% sure of the construction. It appears to be some type of glass reinforced nylon/polymer material. May have some type of metal or glass spine that the part is molded around. I haven't cut one in two yet to find out.

Most of the material science seems to already be proven and hashed out with everything else including pistol frames, stocks, etc.

But, integrating sling attachment points on the chassis would be a bonus in my book. Especially if a 6:00 attachment point can be integrated without interfering with a bipod.

If the US didn't destroy it, why would they call for a cease fire 3 days after?
