Tried cutting out all seeds? They really enhance inflammation if you’re prone to it due to injury. Seeds oils like all of the vegetable oils are the worst culprit.

We use olive and avocado oil for some stuff, lard and coconut for frying now. Zero seed oil and my joint pain went from awful to not bad.

You can do a really strict protocol at first, then introduce some things one at a time to see how you react.

Corn, (most)wheat and peanut is a zero tolerance for me now but I can tolerate sourdough made from organic wheat. I avoid most beans (lectins are high) and “stalk” vegetables. Almost any fruit of a plant is ok for me, especially zucchini and tomatoes/peppers.

It took time to figure out my triggers for inflammation but the results have been great.

No seeds, no vegetable oil. I do occasionally eat peanut butter (does that count)? Fussed atvtge wife for not getting extra virgin olive oil. Nowvthat I think, maybe my back hurts from sleeping on the sofa.

Gonna have to do a food inventory.

I’d like your input

How come you haven't changed the code on the safe or the front door? 2.5 years have gone by??

WTF? Should have been done day one. All those guns and gold should have disappeared on day one. And opening a joint account in the middle of a divorce? Holy crap that was stoooopid on another level.
Sounds like the only thing you did right was to not have any fuck trophies with this woman.

looks like FL here is loosing the gas war. averaging about $3.20 which is still a big improvement over $3.90 or 4+.

Nothing to see a $0.30 swing in less than a week in central FL. It's almost predictable. Paid $2.97 yesterday. Will fill up again on Wednesday and I'll bet even money it will be $3.19 - $3.29.

tried some sweet taters in the garden a few years ago, they did not produce, and not sure what I did wrong,

however, pic related

I have a couple (or more) of those big bastard looking spiders that roam my shop, they are Wolf spiders in this area, usually have a stripe of 2 on them, they can bite, but are relatively harmless to humans

not aggressive to me, but will jump about now and again, and help keep other bugs etc at bay,
customers sometimes see one, but are told not to stomp, just leave be,

all are named Boris, regardless of how or what they identify as
That's the only wolf spider I have seen around here colored like that. But there are spiders around here, that arent supposed to be.

What’s cool to do/see near Dallas Tx?

The jfk stuff is interesting, great way to kill (no pun intended) a morning or afternoon. Deep Ellum is fun, lots of shops, breweries, food, etc… Terry blacks for bbq, I know it’s not exactly local or old school, it’s expensive as shit, but great food. The funny part though is, right across the street is an old school place making fried chicken that smelled amazing. Almost wish we went there instead of Terry Blacks.
