Funny how often those who want to exploit a situation like to try to paint people into two opposing groups. People who don't even know what files exist or consist of claiming it can only mean one of two things if they're not released.

Probably the same bunch though the Kennedy file drop was gonna say Oswald didn't do it and name conspirators. Complete with confrstion letters and the names of multiple shooters.

But then I was 296lbs and the plan was I would loose 50lbs by this summer so I could go zip lining. Well I weighed in at 301lbs Friday. I have been yoyoing between 285 and 295 past 6 months - we just got back from beach vacation which pushed me over the 300 mark. While my kid is in school I eat good lunches and walk almost daily. Then go out of town for a weekend trip and after spending 2 weeks loosing 10lbs I find it in 2 days. I know the answer is hard work and a clean diet. Last time I was sub 200lbs and fit was football in 10th grade. Not sure if insurance is going to cover zepbound or not - not sure I'll take it if they do. But I need to do something different

Find a functional medicine doctor if you can swing it. They will do what conventional docs won’t. Eating clean is a pain in the ass but it works. My wife is seeing one and it has helped immensely. You’ll eat clean, stay off the shitty carb/flour products and increase your salt intake to name a few things. If you’re on drugs from a doc you’ll be off of them and probably ditch them for good.

brand new car urge

A friend had a tuned CTS-V. That was probably one of the fastest street cars I've ever driven. Was putting down 636hp to the wheels. The Blackwing would be my choice. Owned/Driven some fast cars and bikes, they all sucked to DD, the Cadillac didn't.

The Viper was the worse to drive around town. The heat off the exhaust made it unbearable. Was a late 2000's model though.
