Maggie’s Motivational Pic Thread v2.0 - - New Rules - See Post #1

Fucking idiots had a rope tied to it, but nobody or nothing had tension on the rope.

Every time I hear these jokers claiming to be “certified arborists” I know it’s a joke. Especially when they tell me that this tree or that tree must be cut down, because reasons.

Even if they did go to a weekend seminar to get certified, it only covers how to safely trim trees and cut them down. Not a bit of knowledge about trees themselves.

I could go on, but who cares about my fucking rant?

wrt the video, those guys were no more arborists than they were carpenters.

What is good for one is not good for another?

. I also note the screenshots posted, with highlighted text describing the "Samson Option", lack attribution and don't align with pretty much everything else available on it.
You did note it was a book written by Seymour Hersh / you know who Seymour Hersh is?

You can even find that as a pdf for free if you want to read it.

What is good for one is not good for another?

Thank you for that.

I'm not sure I equate "global deterrance attack" with "we're gonna nuke ya if you don't protect us" or "if we go down the world goes down"...but hey, I've misjudged things before. I also note the screenshots posted, with highlighted text describing the "Samson Option", lack attribution and don't align with pretty much everything else available on it.

I will say nothing about this surpises me if true, as I guarantee the USA has "plans" to launch on every major city/capital in the world, including every single one of our allies.
I added some since you posted I think.

I'm pretty neutral in all this, just looking at the data points, current and historical. I figure we are all non-players so anything we say or conclude will change nothing. We are just along for the ride, so no need to get overly worked up about any of it.

Kicking a mans dog in the south might get you

That wouldn’t happen if he had a Rottweiler instead of a beagle
Yeah, but the Beagle has an amazing sense of smell. That's how those geniuses were able to find that Achmed had a side of beef, 3 bags of UN stamped rice and a 5lb bucket of Tony Chacheres.

If it had been a Rottweiler, it would have been drooling all over the floor and trying to hump it's handler's legs.

New Applied Ballistics® Quantum™ APP! - & It's Free!

@DocUSMCRetired , I just wanted to let you know that I just subscribed to Pro for a year. Your presence here, coupled with the descriptive videos and what I've learned about the app via the free UltraLight version for a couple of weeks, got me past my resistance to the subscription model. Thanks.

I think this was a requested change earlier in the thread: if possible, please nest various loads under each rifle instead of requiring a top-level entry for each load/rifle combination. Example:
  • Current structure:
    1. RifleA+LoadA
    2. RifleA+LoadB
    3. RifleA+LoadC
    4. RifleB+Load1
    5. RifleB+Load2
    6. RifleB+Load3
    7. RifleX+LoadZ
  • Requested structure:
    1. RifleA
      • LoadA
      • LoadB
      • LoadC
    2. RifleB
      • Load1
      • Load2
      • Load3
    3. RifleX
      • LoadZ

Thanks. I have a match next weekend... I'm sure AB Quantum will boost my standing by several places! 🤩
We certainly take everything into consideration as we progress through new features/versions. This is still something we are talking about.

I remember feral dogs being freaking EVERYWHERE in Iraq. They were viscious and destructive as hell.

That was the ONLY place I've ever seen a dog eating on a dead dog.

Of course, I had the boys do their best to try to adopt a local dog every time too. I didn't run across the really nasty ones... either they would keep their distance, or they were smart enough to come over and beg (kind of like the Iraqis).

PRS Talk Target acquisition

That makes sense. I've never struggled on that aspect, but am not colorblind myself so don't have direct experience.

Maybe at your next match when you find a stage that's challenging to see the target edges ask some squad mates if you can look through their scope and see if it helps at all. I would think a TT or ZCO or newer Kahles would be an improvement over your Burris.
