I gave up after leaving multiple voicemails and emails last week.
I placed an online order for a ready-to-ship stock the previous week. I didn't get an email confirmation so after a day or two I called. No answer, as usual. Then I realized I had created an account as part of placing the order so I logged in. Order canceled - no comms whatsoever.
So I emailed and finally got a response that the stock I ordered had already been sold. After a couple of emails back&forth, I was sent an invoice for a different ready-to-ship stock - but there was no mechanism for
paying the invoice. No way I was going to just send a check and nobody answered the phone to take a CC number. So, more emails, more voicemails, no response. O, and the invoiced "order" did not and has not showed up under my account.
I'm done. Not sure what has happened, but the ball has been in their court for several days and as far as I can see it's just sitting there unnoticed.
