Ukraine war Bullshit.

fair enough but you seem to shill for Zelinskyy and Ukraine and seem to advocate our continuing waste of resources there and the risk of a bigger war (which you deny). you never have said why we should do anything but pull everything and everybody out of that corrupt shit hole. your documentation of all the Soviet damage done here is correct as far as i know. patting yourself on the back for knowing all that is blowing smoke. anybody paying attention since the 60s at least has known most of it albeit at a less detailed level. that is not some all knowing illumination from a self styled guru.
there are several "kill all the commies" dorks on here. spending and the risk of doing that,at least overseas,is stupid. we got enough in this country to keep such people busy.
personally,i give a shit if Putin goes to the channel. we have nothing to lose in (at least western) Europe except to rotting remains of a civilization that has killed itself. post 1527
As much as people think going full isolationist is an easy button, it never proves to be so. It only emboldens adventurists to continue their march through countries on their periphery, which was Putin’s plan all along.

A lot of places would fall knowing they don’t have a mutual pact. That’s why they signed mutual defense pacts, to insure from what happened in the past and caused so many multi-generational consequences for their people.

It isn’t about Zelesnky or Ukraine. They are just some of the first intended victims to potentially losing sovereignty. Eastern Europe has not welcomed in the Muslim invaders. Poland especially has done a lot to keep their cultural integrity. Putin has been staging Muslim immigrant border violation attempts with them via Belorussia, if you noticed that.

Ukraine war Bullshit.

"In fact, every President except Trump actively worked to disarm Ukraine or ignore their requests for assistance".

Not trying to put words in your mouth, but if I understand you correctly, you're saying (for example) the biden administration "actively worked to disarm Ukraine and/or ignored their requests for assistance" ?

Do I understand you correctly ?
Yes, prior to 2022 and slow-rolled any FMS afterwards. Most of the advanced weapons sent to Ukraine in mid-2022 were US FMS to NATO partners in Europe long ago (HIMARS, M777, smaller munitions, etc.).

Biden as working with Putin prior to the invasion. His job was to extract Zelesnky so Putin could quickly fill the vacuum in Kiev.

During the Biden/Obama WH from 2009-2017, they not only actively worked to disarm Ukraine more, but stopped the UK from sending weapons to Ukraine during those years as well. They also set up Hunter in a Russian front company called Burisma, to block the new President Poroshenko's incoming chief prosecutor (Viktor Shokin) from exposing how Putin and his oligarchs were using Burisma and other companies to launder billions. That’s why Elena Baturina wired $3.5 million to Hunter and Chris Heinz in Feb 2014.

I’ve been tracking all this since the 2000s, so my perspective is not hindsight, but in real-time. None of it will make sense trying to go back and figure it out with present-day bias for most people.

You can go look at the US Defense Security Cooperation Agency website to track FMS though and see what I’m talking about.

Short story: Clintons, Obama, Biden and their staff have been doing Russia’s bidding for decades, due to simple bribery payments. That’s one of the many reasons they started sweating when Trump won, and why Hillary spearheaded Crossfire Hurricane.

Go back to sleep.
Sounds like you have a long list, speak up!

Seriously, what's been done? My taxes looked the same, still shit load of immigrants, fuel prices the same, lumber prices higher, same sales tax, teachers still teaching porn, supressors still require tax stamp, drugs still rampant. Im still paying personal property tax, income tax. Pedos still running loose. Majority of shit still coming from China.

Im interested in the real changes.....seems like politics as always. Nothing has changed.

I read a lot of DOGE stuff, but how has any of that helped anyone? My tax rates are unchanged, and debt clock keeps increasing. Bunch of govt cuts...taxes still the same.

Military, numbers nowhere close to 1990s. Stock market, plus/minus as usual!

All the people that tried to kill him and jail him, still walking free!

Before long, we will be one year in, and MY and your life will be the same!

I guess I have slept through all the major changes that affected you and I, but you seem to have a list that has helped you personally?????

These people are all the same....facade of hope, but same ole', same ole'! Govt is a machine, one man cant change shit!
Not sure what State you’re in but gas prices for us have dropped to under $3.00/gal. It’s noticeably cheaper than last year.

El Salvadoran and Venezuelan gang activity really died down too. We had Venezuelan gang violence break out in a really quiet part of Utah last year. I imagine the effects of deportations are driving that.

US military force structure was totally different in 1990 than today. That was after 8 years of Reagan battle-focused training and limited intervention. Trump DoD is set to have a similar culture, but without guys like Rumsfeld and Cheney around.

Trump is back…the “Now What” thread

This is a deflection method. Next is calling me homosexual, since retard has been used by 37L1. Another deflector. Snipershide, where real men resort to name calling in lieu of how you might talk to someone sitting next to you. 50 years and never once have people talked to me in real life like they do here. Minus women, women will say whatever the fuck they want, but they know I won't punch them in the face.......YET! Keyboard warriors....... Let's here your BEST!

Maybe you can list some things that have affected the common man? 90 days quickly turns into 120, them 240, then a year.
Thanks for answering my question, but a simple yes or no would've sufficed.
And if you don't like being called names stop acting like the names you're being called.....

.223 Rifle Build

OP you don’t need a 70 degree bolt throw. Been doing this over 30 years and never used anything but 90s and no issues at all on many rifles. That whole fear of scope issues is bolstered by companies selling 60-75degree bolt throw actions. ;)

Glad you steered towards a steel barrel. I have a 27” 7 twist .223 Wylde chambered by PVA and it shoots the 75 ELDs great! I screwed it on my .308 TL3 action and it ran great. Don’t sweat magazines. Get some MDT polys and run them. I load mine at .020” off the lands in the Wylde chamber which has a .62 freebore. If you plan to mostly shoot the 77 and below the Wylde does a great job.

What actions are your .308 and 6.5? You may just be able to pop a barrel on one of them.
Oh im not afraid of 90 degree actions lol and never had issue, i just want a shorter throw action :) And my other ones are Tikka and TRG 22. they are both setup the way i like and dont really want to rebarrel those for now, just want a dedicated very good .223 rifle. I'm not opposed to spend money on quality parts so thats why i asked for your guys input. I do alot of research before I spend the money usually and 99% of the time the end result is trouble free.
Having said all that bs, I mostly have experience with AR platform in that caliber, be it built by me or someone else, bolt gun in todays world with so many options is a bit overwhelming. AR i know exactly what I need to build a fantastic rifle, bolt gun is like voodoo since its been a very long time since i had a rifle built. Now, with all the actions, prefit barrels, and stock options i figured i need some outside input before i spend $$$$$

Trump is back…the “Now What” thread

I don't follow politics very much. I read headlines, nor have I read all this thread, but if a list of achievements for Trump were to be compiled 4 months in, they would be, what? I dont want the debatable ones, actual acomplishments:

1. Pardon/commute J6 people. This was the most important in my eyes.
2.
3.
4.
5.
1. Got rid of Panama’s secret Belt and Road Initiative pact with China. That is huge.
2. Reset the military with solid leadership focused entirely on lethality and survivability.
3. Pro-US energy policy
4. Reset trade relationships
5. Secured the US border
6. Laken Riley Act.
7. Deporting violent, child rapist, sex-trafficking, worst illegals
8. Promoting over $1.8 Trillion in US investments from private firms
9. 10,000 new US jobs in the first month of his WH
10. Back-pay to US service members who were kicked out for not getting injected with experimental mRNA.
11. Ended the Green New Deal trash agreements from Obama and Biden.
12. Getting Russia and Ukraine to the peace negotiating table.
13. Ending surgical and chemical mutilation of children as part of the demonic tranny movement.
14. Ban on tranny males from competing in women’s sports.
15. DOGE chasing down Waste, Fraud, and Abuse in Government
16. Reforming the Federal Bureaucracy
17. Ending DEI trash
18. Ordered and end to anti-Christian bias, censorship, pardoned 23 pro-life activists

There are a ton of things he’s done that are very difficult to even keep up with.
