Mangy dog

I had the same thing in my part of Oklahoma the first week of March. Calves started dropping, and the damn coyotes started coming in from everywhere for the afterbirth. I killed 9 in a week. I still see one every once in a while, but I think I gave myself a couple month reprieve of having to go out daily/nightly. I typically kill somewhere between 20 - 40 per year on our place. In Sep of 2023 I killed 24 in one month alone.

No mange here though (yet).

I actually don't lose calves to coyotes here, despite how many yotes are around. They are always just here for the afterbirth and colostrum calf crap.

The packs of dogs out here though are the ones I have problems with.

Bench setup and workflow help

Here is how I set mine up. I also run a CoAx and Henderson trimmer. The trimmer doesn't need a mount plate since the factory plate the Henderson perfectly matches up with the Inline Fab plate. Not shown is the Redding Big Boss, Lee Prep Station and AMP Annealer. All tools, bullets, cases are in a toolbox under the bench. All surplus stuff stays in the garage. That's about the most cluttered I have my bench.

techy guys, please read. looking for summer internship in tech field for sophomore college student.

No offense, but he needs to send his own resumes. You helping him find contacts is one thing but you sending your son's resume, well, no.
I know you want to help him in every way you can but you won't be in the interview, right?

I may be old school but having hired hundreds of people from engineers, technicians, labor, divers, pilots, etc, over 40 years and interviewed several times that, he needs to stand on his own.
As a supervisor of a bunch of young aerospace engineers, I agree with this.

One of the biggest challenges I face with some new hires is lack of independence and having to hand hold. A resume would mean more coming from the candidate himself. If a parent joined in on an interview that would be an instant red flag.

OK this actually brings up a need I have - do they have something like this in a consumer type version? I'm not talking about the ones you buy at Harbor Freight, Northern tool, etc that have a handle and wheels - those suck. I need to pick up lots of nails from a pile of pallets that were burned.
