Tariffs and ammo prices?

Hopefully, with the funding of ammunition supplies to Ukraine coming to a halt, some of that component manufacturing capability will be able to offset any tariffs that any of us end users are likely to face.

is Lapua still throttling production to concentrate on supplying Ukraine?

what about bartlien,? still producing barrels for the war effort?

i wonder how much we would know if pharma wasn't so rich and powerful that they couldn't afford their own "security" teams to silence people.
this isn't about the clotshots, but i would be inclined to believe her.

With literally billions of $$$ riding on the covid scam, a human life is incredibly cheap in comparison.

Trump is back…the “Now What” thread

There's pure capitalism and crony capitalism. Corporate greed goes unchecked in crony capitalism when campaign coffers get stuffed to look the other way.
I spent years in college learning about the various forms of capitalism. Funny thing, although I learned about it I have never seen pure capitalism and exactly zero discussion on lobbyists. Imagine my surprise. The closest thing I have seen to pure capitalism is a farmers market - there isn’t a lot of GDP there so that’s probably the reason. Unless someone is trying to sell raw milk but that’s an entirely different issue.

Night Vision The Official: Steiner C35 Thermal Clip-on Review and User Thread!

If I'd known the factory clip was a pack of lies - and known that there was going to be a stash of the Gen 1's released that still carried full factory warranty - I would have gone that direction.

I believe I'm going to be able to get my hands on the new Athlon Cronus CL35 for some T&E, which by the numbers appears to be everything I hoped the Steiner was + a LRF. I'll be posting about it if/when.

What did you do in the reloading room today?

I don't have comparator guages to check. I did it a little at a time until the bolt close felt lighter. Using a L.E. Wilson die but thinking of getting a SAC.
Get the SAC comparator tool. Expensive but are easy to use and you can use their inserts on their funnel. It's like a 2 in 1 tool. I check headspacing on every time I start a resizing session.

Trump is back…the “Now What” thread

I'll bet despite demanding you lower cost by sending jobs overseas (there were stories of Walmart actually demanding jobs be shipped to China no matter what), they didn't lower their prices any or possibly even raised them.

Essentially corporate greed is what ruined the American economy, American jobs and the American dream.
Then somehow poor suckers are being told to "be patriotic and pay more" so that the same evil greedy bastard companies can make more fat profits?

Trump should actually go after Walmart and other companies that are responsible, but they probably pour too much money into campaigns and then also threaten "we'll fire a bunch of workers and hurt america bad if you don't give us what we want", kind of like the bankers.

Emotional roller coaster: 6 powder droppers in < 3 years!

^this was the mistake I made for the first 15 years I dabbled in ELR shooting - I fussed and fussed at the 100 yard bench trying to get 3/8 MOA with tactical rigs intended for ELR trying to get them to benchrest, all the while largely (sometimes completely) ignoring SD variation. I started breaking that habit with the labgaydar, and really got out of my funk when the garmin came out and I stopped the 100 yard bench nonsense and began routinely doing my testing in the field at 1000+. SD is more important than 1/4 MOA way out there. Not to mention wind and some other things. Like laser beam dispersion, other errors in inputs, etc.

It's a fascinating and enthralling pursuit, ELR. And it is not what it appears on the surface.

Sounds like the same thing a major airplane manufacturer does to it's whistleblowers. I think the name of the company begins with a "B".

Played around with my fl die until I started getting some cam over. Readjusted the blade on my giruard a little. Loaded two dummies and seems ok. No lip on the edge. Stripped my bolt down to just the extractor and it closes really nice on those dummy rounds.
Now that you're getting a little cam over, how much more neck bump are you getting than before?
