"While the Trump administration has promised mass deportations, the number of people deported by ICE has not been regularly released to the public. NBC News reported that
ICE deported 11,000 migrants in February and just over
12,300 in the first four weeks of March."
President Donald Trump came into office promising a crackdown on unauthorized migrants.

That compares to about 50,000 a month under Biden, which was way more than Trump during his first term, which was a huge drop off compared to Obama, who stands as the all time record for deportations of any President in history.
You would not know it from most of the news coverage and social media discussion, though. The Trump Administration has mastered propaganda. Get the news cameras out for deportations on planes, bring the news media along on raids and have them film arrests, and, since the American people see it on TV, it is real, and they think that illegal aliens are being caught and deported en masse.
It is not happening. It is just a big TV show.
Americans are gullible and easy to fool, unfortunately.
