Thanks for the replies. Biggest concern is a developer or flipper getting the inside track before me. I don’t grasp how owner doesn’t sell the minute the ship is going down and recoup what is owed plus. Comps are in the high 8’s

carrying > $200 is a prob because getting change for a $50 bill can be a problem. looks to me like a lot of the "poor" use cards and are doing deficit spending like the US gov. see them using 2 or more cards same purchase at times.
i am trying to go to all cash but filling up requires a 20m drive so not real consistent. when/if the dig currency gets forced things will be chaotic. but sheeple are being programed to accept that.

Out of all fuel options, diesel has the most energy content per gallon. It has a longer shelf life than gasoline, but for long-term storage, propane is king. Do you NEED to bury the tank? That seems excessive, but I’m in rural Alabama and can have a backhoe dig me a hole for $200, so whadda I know?
