Feedback LH22 Scammer

Just had an interaction with user LH22. User is definitely a scammer. Profile created less than 24 hours ago, sent a fake time stamp photo, and somewhat broken English.

Reported and left negative feedback. He left me negative feedback in return. Everyone definitely avoid.

Admins, if possible please remove this feedback from my account.

Maggie’s Drinking with a redneck girl

> Drinking with a Redneck Girl

> A Mexican, an Arab, and a redneck girl are in the same bar.

> When the Mexican finishes his beer, he throws his glass in the air, pulls out his pistol, and shoots the glass to pieces. He says, 'In Mexico , our glasses are so cheap we don't need to drink with the same one twice.'

Thanks for looking, Matt

S&B MTII Users

I have a PMII 6-36 with the DT35 elevation turret and ST capped windage. Before I bought it, I knew I would want to get the windage turret changed for sure, I want an exposed locking windage. I also wasn't sure if I would like the DT35 elevation and at the time assumed I would want it swapped for the DTII+.

Now that I have in in hand, I don't hate the DT35 elevation and also don't want to further limit the available elevation travel with the DTII+ (30.5mil), which means, if I am going to swap the elevation turret, I would be going with the MTII.

My question is for those that have used the MTII turret; how do you guys like it? Do you like the .05mil clicks or do you feel it is too fine an adjustment that just slows down dialing?

50 BMG primer seating depth

Having some trouble with my 50 BMG SDs. Dunno if it's the cold weather, or that fact that I now have a 2250 yard target and a GARMIN measuring shots that makes vertical stringing more obvious, or it is a new problem that sneaked in that I'm not aware of yet.

So as to not turn this into a giant referendum on all things 50 BMG reloading, I wanna focus on one variable: Primer seating depth.

I'm using a ($450!) M2 precision primer seating tool that indexes off the base of the case, not the rim. (RWS brass so almost perfect rim uniformity, but still - there is no better way to seat a primer than M2 in RWS brass). For years I've been using 0.007" seating depth, kinda the same as that guy who will not be named recommends for large rifle.

I no longer have access to FCSA, but a buddy said he saw on there that at least one dude is using 0.0175", which is over double mine, 0.010 more in fact.

Anybody have EXPERIENCE in this domain? Obviously, I'm going to try deeper seating, and I've already changed my setup for 0.015" depth, but I'm wondering how much is too much?

New here. New build.

Hello all,

I’m new to both hunting and the precision world but i have been shooting for most of my adult life. I discovered this forum while exploring my first bolt rifle build for hunting, and since then, I’ve decided to finally dive into precision shooting. That being said, I’m hoping to find that magical middle ground where a rifle suits both the competition and hunting worlds.

My goals right now are a lighter-weight but tough rifle that can withstand slips and falls in steep, muddy, and rocky terrain. It should have enough energy for mid-to-long-range large game (elk, deer, bear, antelope, sheep)

After reading several interesting threads on running multiple calibers with just a bolt and barrel change using specialty mags or spacers, I think this is an option I’d like to keep open. There are several calibers I’m interested in—mainly .308 Win, 7 PRC, 300 PRC, and .338 Lapua—and having the ability to add them later by simply swapping a barrel, bolt, and spacer (or custom mag) would be ideal.

Initially, I think this will be my 7 PRC build:

Foundation Revelation or Foundation Hunt

LPA Fuzion LA

Hawkins M5 detachable BM

Proof 22" carbon prefit

TriggerTech 2-stage

TBA Magnus-K-RR

ZCO or Razor HD Gen III

I haven’t bought anything yet, as I’m currently selling a couple of other guns to fund this build. I’m also still working through compatibility checks, hoping that most of these parts play nicely together. Comments or suggestions are appreciated!

Right now, I’m trying to confirm whether the Hawkins M5 Detachable works with the LPA Fuzion LA. Most sources suggest they’re compatible, but on LPA’s site, they mention that the Fuzion only comes cut for the Hawkins BDL or Hunter. My knowledge here is lacking, so any insight would be helpful.

I’d love to hear from anyone with side-by-side experience running heavier calibers in these two stocks (Foundation Revelation vs. Foundation Hunt).

I’m not aiming for an "ultra-light" build—I want to be able to run 7 PRC comfortably all day at a match while still being able to hunt and carry it around the mountains without needing a wagon. I’m assuming the final weight will land somewhere in the 12–14 lb range.

I’ll keep this updated as I go!

A&D FX Scale Deal

Anyone looking for another A&D FX lab scale that has been holding off because of cost or anyone that wants a second one...

Crazy deal on New Open Box A&D FX300iN model on ebay.

For those that don't know, this is the more expensive bigger brother to the Fx120i. Only difference is instead of a max 120g capacity it has a larger max 300g capacity.

They are listed on ebay for $379.99 but I used the "Make an Offer" button and offered $300 and it was accepted + $21.81 shipping

The FX120i is $580 at CE so this is a steal!

I heard of some people buying these and reports said they were brand new open box so I took the chance and I'm extremely happy.

Came in the factory A&D box with all the paperwork and the thing looks brand new.

Put my 50g certified check weight on it and it's dead on. It does NOT come with wind screen. Doesn't bother me because I bought this to use with the new IP setup when it arrives. I'll keep my current FX120i / Gen3 AutoThrow and IP Trickler setup together

From what I'm hearing, these are from a large lot purchased from a weed dispensery company that went under and were never used or barely used. Mine doesn't have a mark on it brand new.

It does come in NTEP mode to comply with state weighing regulations but you just go into thr settings and change it back to A&D standard mode. Took 10seconds.
