Works great, glass is very good, turrets work well. Haven't had any issues with it just planned on putting it on a hunting rifle that I didn't end up building so it went on an AR that didn't really need it. So here we are.

I have an MDT Elite chassis and the Gray Ops external weight kit (2.5 lbs.) MDT also offers an under barrel/inside the chassis fore end weight that is approximately 2.5 lbs. I was thinking that weight below the barrel might be advantageous because of a lower center of gravity which might help the rifle settle into a bag better. Any one tried both and have an opinion?

Have a 3rd gen pvs14 w/IR lasers on everything, as well as a Thermal. Is there any advantage of these over what I have? If so the pros & cons please. Never fingered one so the first question, does it require a IR source to operated at night, if so that is a no go from the gate.
