MidWest Industries QD mount ring question

I use MidWest Industries 34mm QD scope mounts for my AR’s with LPVO’s. My current need is to have a upper replacement ring that incorporates a section of picatinny to mount a LRF such as the Vortex Impact 4000. Often called “diving board” and it doesn’t need to be tall enough to clear a 56mm objective….just long enough to engage the mounting portion on the Vortex. I don’t see that MidWest makes anything like this but if they do, please reply (FYI, I have reached out to MidWest and am awaiting their reply). AND also please reply if you know the mounting pattern (screws) matches another manufacturer that does make this diving board ring. I hope that makes sense….basically what I’m asking is if any brand/manufacturer Diving Board 34mm ring section could be used on my MidWest Industries 34mm scope mount….OR whoever, I don’t care the manufacturer just that it would work on my scope mount.

Thank you.

Dasher and 105/107 and n150?

Anyone had this work? Been tinkering with n150 as alternative to varget. I know some have made it work well with 109s, but I am struggling with 105 hybrids and 107 smks. SD is 2-3x varget for range of loads anywhere from 30gr (2880-ish) to 31gr (2980+), on the order of 15-20SD. Case fill issue? CCI450 with Alpha brass, ATV4 powder trickler, 266 die bushing. Tried in 2 Dashers (both with 700-ish rounds) and both didn't have good SDs, but shot pretty well (<.5MOA). Tried cleaning, scoped to make sure no carbon ring, etc. Thoughts?

AsiperingShooter saw that I commented on a sellers legitimate post this price was half of new. AsiperingShooter messaged me a link for a webpage for a reputable dealer selling the same thing for $100 less. If you go directly to the dealers page they don’t have that$500 barrel for $150.00.

.308 headspace question

Hello everyone, first post here but been looking around for quite awhile.

I’ve done my research but still left with a question that I hope someone has some advice for.

I’ve recently put together impact 737r with a Bartlien barrel pre fit. The shop that put together the action and barrel said headspace checked good and sent me home with a barreled action.

I have not shot this gun yet as I was getting the chassis scope etc put together.

Now that this is done I wanted to get more into checking everything on the rifle and bought a set of Manson headspace gauges. It passes the go gauge no problem, however the no-go gauge fails,

looking through posts here I have seen another person mention a similar problem. When closing the bolt I feel resistance with the no-go gauge but with light pressure the bolt can be closed. It almost feels gummed up or just bordering too long. If that makes sense. The field gauge is being delivered today and I imagine it will not close with it.

I’m looking for advice on if this is acceptable or if I am setting myself up for failure. Will this affect accuracy to the point of it not being worth it? Or will it preform normally and provide shorter brass life? That I could live with shorter brass life but this was ment to be my first PRS / fun gun to get into longer ranges.

Just looking for any advice you may have. I apologize for the long winded post.

SOLD WTS/WTT Foxpro shockwave

Moved to the big city and no longer have access to areas to chase coyotes.

Factory sounds, has lithium battery pack, and electric decoy. It has seen plenty of field time so it’s got scuffs and scratches but all works as it should.

Asking $375 dropped to $350 shipped CONUS. Also have night hunting lights we could work a package deal on.

Open to trades, could use a pistol light tlr1hl or streamlight maybe, 9mm pistols, holosun 507c or 507 comp, who knows what else????

Law enforcement protecting the illegal lawn crews- with state sponsored violence

Don’t try and expand your lawn service into new territory that is currently controlled by the illegal crews run by cartels and coyotes.
Not without paying some protection/ bribe money up front to the local constabulary
You won’t just be arrested on false charges , o no they will boot your door and let their attack dogs maul you for 15 minutes.
Gonna have to write a lot of tickets to replace the bribe revenue that protecting illegals has brought in . Like more than the $9 billion tickets bring in now
