200 pieces of Nosler 6.5 Creedmoor LRP once fired. Brass has been annealed with an AMP, deprimed and dry tumbled. Comes in new MTM Casegard cases. This was factory 140 RDF ammo i used for breaking in a barrel.

Looking at getting either a 13.7inch or 14.5 inch with a short can max overall length under 17 inches. Rifle is going to used for ranges between 0-400 yards. Im in the UK so the having to adhere to the min 16inch barrel length does not apply. After some research the 13.7 inch barrel has 66fps (62gr ss109) less then a 14.5inch barrel. At 500 yards the difference is 48fps. Will the 66fps more velocity from the 14.5inch barrel going to make much difference for range and accuracy ?

Just cleaned my Bcg on my ar 10 and chamber with clp to knock some crude off from shooting suppressed. Took bcg apart liberaly applied clp wiped it down function check seems good to go. I have read clp isn't that good to use since it only leaves a light film of lubrication. So question what should I use to lubricate? Is there other products I should be using other than CLP? I know you shouldn't mix cleaning chemicals but if I need to clean with another product I can give it a good wipe down to get majority of clp off. Or an I over thinking shit again. I do not use it to clean my barrel. Thanks for the info

For those of you who chase pigs at night and run white light / vis laser from time to time, how important is a FP visible laser to you? Or has a civ power visible laser worked fine? I'm thinking out the passenger side or bed of a SXS shooting on the move type stuff...

Takes the fight right out of them. Surprises them and shuts them up, very disorienting, unable to effectively resist, safer for the officer, and keeps them out of the camera. Had this done to me in Special Forces, don't see a problem.

And, as an interesting sidenote, one of the SF missions is CSAR (Combat Search and Rescue). Back during the Cold War, we would likely rescue a downed pilot 300 plus miles inside occupied territory. We would then insert them into the "pipeline" with the underground to get them back to friendly lines. It was SOP to bag and gag the pilot until we could verify his identity. Back then, a very slow process. Team equipment included a finger print kit and a camera. We would use the Fingerprint Identification System and send the data back by burst communication. We could also take photo's and a physical copy of the fingerprints for pick up by aircraft.

Surprise Air Force! Believe me, I don't enjoy this, LOL.

If he was really lucky, he would get an "E" ticket ride of his life on an MC-130E with the Fulton STAR recovery system

CIA Pilatus Porter. We would suspend a package on a line strung between two poles and the Pilatus would use a hook to snag the line and the attached package. I trained with the CIA using this technique. The Pilatus would snag the line which was only about 15 feet above ground level.
