Accessories FS/FT 4x Dell R640 1U servers. I need money for options

Up for sale are 4x Dell R640 1U servers that were purchased brand new and run in a data center environment. These were not actually run much because the projects they were purchased for got cancelled.

The configurations are slightly different in CPU and number of SSDs but otherwise they are all the same configuration. I'll list their specs individually below as well as provide Dell Service Tags so you can look up the build sheets.

Selling because they are taking up space in my basement and I need money for more equities options 😂 I'll also entertain trades for mid-range to high-end glass, progressive reloading setups, or certain firearms.

Price: Server 1 & 3 $1700/ea, Server 2 & 4 $1500/ea. If you want multiple we can work something out.
Shipping/Delivery: I'm not sure what shipping will cost but if you're seriously interested, I'll work it out with you.

British SA80

This is the British SA80 conversion kit by Ally and Kaufman for the Brownell's BRN180 upper in 5.56. It is an excellent copy and fits perfectly with no modification to either the kit or the upper. I did have to make a copy of the SA80 flash hider to accept the SA80 bayonet. The Brownell's upper has a standard 1911 Picatinny rail so I had to make an adapter for the original British SUSAT sight that has a 19mm rail. My copy of the original flash hider, pinned and welded to the barrel, brings the overall length to a legal 26.5 inches. The rifle handles and shoots great.

Sidearms & Scatterguns Red dot or not on your "life or death" pistol?

I don't use red dot sights on my "life or death" handguns. I do seem to shoot a bit better with them, but I've also found that it's one more thing to deal with if you have to quickly pull that gun in an emergency and quickly acquire a target. Yeah, you can make sure the battery is good and the button is pushed everytime you walk out the door. But, if you are like me, you might not even touch that gun for a month, and you don't have time to worry about whether or not the sight will function. But, when you draw it, you want to be able to quickly acquire a target and deal with a threat without having to push a button or move the gun a certain way to activate a sight. Not to mention, it's one more thing that can get hung up on clothing, or the inside of a computer bag.

What is the general consensus on using red dots on "life or death" handguns?

7mm Sherman Short

I wanted to "expand my horizons" a bit by playing with my first wildcat cartridge, and I landed on the 7mm Sherman Short. I've been hand loading for 30 years or so, but I've never messed with anything without published load data before.

I have some some fresh brass, Berger 180 Hybrids, and H1000 to start with. I want to shoot a milder fire-forming load through 50 cases to get started. Is 54 gr of H1000 with the 180 a reasonable place to start, or is that too low? The load data on the Sherman site shows a 180 ELDM with 60.1 gr of H1000 and a 180 VLD with 65 gr. I generally like starting 10% under and working my way up slowly, hence where I came up with 54 gr.

Anyone with experience with this cartridge mind sharing their starting load and work-up experiences? The only threads I could find on it were older and only discussed loads closer to max...and a lot was with the unobtainable RL26 to boot.

SOLD WTS: NIB Optics, Athlon, Vortex

Good afternoon,

My wife says we need to clean out some of our stuff we are not using anyway, so this is a great reason to do so.

I am going to use this thread to post what we have for sale and the price shipped and insured TYD in the lower 48. Some of the items are BNIB and have not seen the light of day and were not taken out of the box for pictures as, they are still in the box.

Please PM me for any of the items and first come/first served to keep down scammers. I have a clean reputation on here and I will provide whatever is needed to verify the goods and identity. Some items, if I have boxes ready to ship will ship the day after sale, some may take a day or two as I will have to get boxes made to fit, just giving you a heads up.

I will communicate that all to you if you make a purchase, and I will remove items as they are sold and add new items. Venmo or PayPal F&F
