Optics Swarovski 65mm Objective for stx,atx,btx $650

I'm going with a dedicated smaller spotter instead of using this on my STX. This is a 65mm objective that fits the swarovski modular spotting scopes. I was using it on my STX, but and going to a small spotter instead.

Asking $725 shipped.

Has one spot i can see on the objective lens. It might clean off, but I don't want to try. It in no way detracts from the viewing through the scope, just being as up front as I can. I'm also going to keep the RRS adaptor thats on it in the pictures. I'll need it for my next spotter.

Suppressors CAT JL & TBAC Magnus

Posting this cause there isn’t too much info out on the interwebz of the CAT JL on a bolt gun. Needed to start a barrel break in after a local 600 yard competition today, so I shot a quick video my CAT JL Titanium compared to my Magnus. Rounds were FGMM 140 Grain Bergers, 6.5CM, 26” barrel.

We also shot it on a friends rifle, chambered in 6.5PRC; and without ear pro they both sounded very similar in overall sound. It did appear the Magnus peaks quicker compared to the CAT. Recoil impulse was good with both. The JL does save you a little weight and overall length. If anyone wants comparative pictures of the overall size let me know and I can add.

SOLD Badger C1 cantilever mount, black, 30mm, 1.54"

SOLD 5/6

Have a like new Badger C1 black 30mm 1.54" 0 MOA mount for sale. Recently changed from a 30mm 1-6 to a 34mm 1-10 on my 18" AR and have this left over.

Not sure why I even bothered changing optics as I pretty much never shoot that rifle... sometimes the want to try something new overrides common sense, lol

Asking $225 shipped and insured. Payment via Zelle, Paypal F&F, USPS MO, or check (will ship when payment clears.)

Got my 5-25 Viper HD today.

I originally bought a 3-15 Viper Gen 2 for this 6.5CM Varmint. After sending 2 back and getting a 3rd that the Brass windage post mauled by heavy handed assemblers I asked to swap it out for this 5-25 Viper HD to get a different windage zero reset system. Vortex was very accommodating.

I'm not very scope savy so my opinion may mean nothing. First I wasn't impressed with the glass on any of the three 3-15x PSTs. I'd quickly get eye fatigue with them. I have two 6-24 and one 4-16 HSTs and their glass is easier on my eyes than the PSTs. That's just me. The image quality degraded at on both the 6-24 HSTs and the PSTs towards maximum magnification. The HSTs never come off of 18x where the reticle is trued. 18x is enough for my shooting. The degraded image on the PST at 15 was kind of a bummer. Especially at 500yards.

I only just bore sighted HD today so I can only give my first impressions. The glass is clearer and easier on my eyes at 500 yard plate than any of the other scopes mentioned. I'm impressed because that's on 25X. I can clearly see small paint chip details on the 500 plate. The Elevation turret clicks very nicely. I haven't used the windage turret yet because it bore sighted very close. I'm not excited that the windage turret is capped but the step up in image makes up for it.

The scope is surprisingly light for a scope this size. I'm not sure if that's good or bad yet.
II'll add to this as needed.

I just figured I'd throw this out there for anyone shopping scopes.

MPA BA Comp night vision bridge issue

Its a little tight, I can get card stock between the barrel and the top of the bridge but I dont know if its enough. I'm thinking of getting some gasket material from Napa in the morning to make shims. Eventually the rifle will be rebarreled when I kill the current barrel. Gasket material shims be good enough to get me some clearance and keep the bridge steady enough when I use a friends gear?

New Burris XTR PS

Burris dropping a new optic, XTR PS. Pretty much an XTR3/PRO with the capabilities of the Veractiy PH. Detent-less elevation turret that has a HUD inside that shows elevation, windage, temp, has a level and a timer.

It could either be really good, or really bad.

Accessories Elite Iron Bipod Sako/KRG Spigot Adapter

WTS: Elite iron bipod Sako / KRG spigot mount

$100.00

PayPal FF or Zelle

This screws on to the base bipod to enable you to use the spigot mount from a Sako TRG 22/42 or KRG clone.

IMG_3753.jpeg
IMG_3754.jpeg

It’s got basically no wear on it whatsoever, except for where the spigot plug plugs into the rifle.

The flash sort of highlights areas on the finish, but there’s really no visible metal anywhere except on the tongue.

WTS: OEM Sako TRG-22/42 bipod

$300.00

Shows basic signs of use but nothing significant at all… basically it’s a safe queen.

WTS: LNIB: Armasight Sidekick 640 with the PVS14 pano bridge!

Comes with the battery extender, two CR123s, a USB-C cord, latest firmware, spare rechargeable battery, case, original box, and quick start sheet. (Basically, everything that it came with and a pano bridge and rechargeable battery.)

$2300.00

I took pictures as best as I could, but I’m not good at taking pictures through the unit.

The visual quality of the image is much better than these pictures.

Firmware is included so you know the unit is up-to-date. Pictures through the unit or so that you know it works. It’s got a little less than an hour on it. Selling to fund a very expensive scope.

Optics Lowered: Trijicon Creedo 1-6x24 Scope Red 556 BDC Reticle

WTS/WTT: Trijicon Creedo 1-6x24 Scope Red 556 BDC Reticle (55gr/62gr)

$750.00 or Trade: 6ARC ammo

Lightly used, never fielded. Red illuminated reticle.

There is a very slight scratch on the power adjustment knob (the short stubby one that screws onto the adjustment wheel for magnification).

I will not reach out to you first. Please reach out to me on the hide via DM! Let’s keep scammers from getting involved!!

Regarding the picture through the reticle, keep in mind that the clarity issues are with me holding the camera up to the reticle.

New lurker

First post here, but I've been lurking for a bit. I'm a rifle enthusiast, especially single shots and bolt guns, which I use for hunting. I reload and enjoy helping friends optimize their hunting rifles. I'm more low-key about other guns, but my 870 works great for birds, my AR is practical, and my Glocks serve their purposes – one for carry and one for home defense. My 1911 is more of a novelty.
