I believe her intent was that black folks are far less able to afford pools or admission fees to pools. I would say thats true but it has nothing to do with swimming, nor pools, but comes back to the same old economic disparity.

So in actuality, she is saying that she wants to drown some black people in their mansion’s pool? I guess I don’t get it. Is there any information as to how many people of the community they have opened up the pool for in their act of charity? I’m certainly curious about this.
