A&D FX120i labscale reloading upgrade with V2 auto trickler review.

A&D is Honoring the rebate, AND 's marketing manager that was not on the same page as the rest of the company when it came to the rebate

We send out Itemized invoices once we send out the orders

I am sorry for the delay in responses we are going through the orders as fast as we can
Thank you for your business

Awesome, looking forward to getting the scale/thrower/trickler combo in hand along with the itemized receipt so I can get A&D what they need.

Thanks for the follow-up here to keep us informed

I emailed my rebate form with itemized receipt about 10 days ago. No response. I guess they got it...

I had mine submitted about a week and a half before they emailed me saying they’d need an itemized receipt, fwiw.

I just called them today. I don't want to be told that they didn't get it and be SOL.
Did they tell you if they received it or not when you called them? I called them today and they said they’d have to call me back and I haven’t heard from them.

I emailed them February 13 with the rebate information I had called a couple weeks ago to make sure that they had it and I'm not sure if they did or not. I felt it was good that I called

Thx for the update and more so the confirmation. Are you folks;
1) Going to confirm receipt of submitted rebates?
2) Still be within the process time frame quoted (6-8 weeks) for receipt of the rebated amount?
Thanks again!

I got the same stupid response.
Called again this morning. Talked to the same person I did yesterday. They have a spreadsheet that gets updated with names I guess and she said my name wasn't on it but the sheet doesn't get updated very frequently. She said she would check into it and get back to me.

CE products is just the retailer. All of the rebate stuff is being handled by the manufacturer. A&D Weighing

I hope they have received mine. I sent it two times. I can't imagine it's not there.

Called A&D Weighing today and they told me I'd have to call another number - Randy? I think. Called that number and it went straight to voice mail - no name - sounded like a cell phone. I left a message but no response thus far.

I have a feeling CE and A&D are getting inundated with calls and emails ref this rebate.

This can't be the only place that heard about the sale, jumped on it, and then learned of the (now sorted out) mix up.

Leave a message. I did and they emailed me shortly. They’re still giving me the run around but at least I’m talking to someone now. What a mess this is!

Just got a follow up email. Said they would send it in for processing! Sounds good

I ordered the 300i kit, so needed the invoice with a breakout of the scale cost to qualify for the rebate.

I got a reminder and follow-up email from Randi @ A&D this morning asking if I had the itemized invoice from CE Products yet to submit for the rebate.

CE Products also followed up with me today indicating they will be sending the itemized email by the end of the week. Should be good to go once I get the detail invoice from CE.

Scottie, Could you provide me with the email? I can't seem to be getting a response by calling or emailing. Thanks.

I finally received a response once I sent the email to have a read receipt sent back. I also cc'ed it to the info email provided on their website. I would try that. If that doesn't work, these are everyone they cc'ed on my email. Hope this helps you guys.

Jennifer was the one that stated she would make sure someone processes my rebate. She is a product manager according to her signature.

Randi Muster <[email protected]>; Jennifer Block <[email protected]>; Markus Jansons <[email protected]>

Such a cluster @#$%. Step one...make sure you have a process setup before launching a promotion. Good luck people!

Got my scale and thrower/trickler set up this evening.

Was a little overwhelmed with the scale manual, but quickly figured out the only page applicable to my use was how to calibrate using a check weight.

Adam's instructions for setting everything up were excellent and I was throwing charges within 20 minutes.

Now for the bad. The plastic cup was terrible in every way. It splashed powder and even after a rubdown with a dryer sheet I'd get powder kernels stuck to it. Watching graphite colored pieces of gold known as H4350 kernels splash all over almost made me weep, haha. Besides the powder loss, thecsplashing powder would end up on the scale plate which would need to be removed for the scale to return to zero once the empty cup was put back. Ordered the PVA kernel dumper and expect it to be much better.

I reload standing up and will probably cut a window in the roof so I can place the cup back under the bent straw from the thrower and metal tube from the trickler without having to bend over and interrupt my rhythm.

Haven't loaded any rounds yet, but it's looking like a good investment as it seemed about 50% faster than the Chargemaster to hit my 42gr target from the time I set the empty pan down until it was at target weight.

Check out Area 419's powder cup. I'd also recommend getting a class 1 100gram calibration check weight. (100gram is the balance's default check weight setting)

I found that my FX120i was off by 0.043 grams which is 0.664 grains.

I have the 419 base and the 419 powder cup. Sure makes things a lot easier once you get it dialed in..Ray

Its been a couple months now since Ive had a kernel bounce out that wasnt from my errant hitting of the trickler which slings them everywhere. The slight double twist spits it right in the bottom corner of the cup and they dont bounce anywhere.

I just got my scale, got it all setup, tested some varget and realized I forgot to order a check weight.

Hoping it gets here by early next week.

The powder cup makes sense, and it was a toss up between PVA and A419, but I'm not seeing where the stock plastic base on the trickler is an issue. What does the A419 one give you in terms of an upgrade?

The base is much heavier and sits on adjustable feet allowing you to adjust the rate of flow on your trickler by changing the angle. The stock base does work and will get the job done also. Area 419 really makes some nice stuff, although on the expensive side. The machining on the base and the cup are truely works of art. This is my first time ordering anything from them. Ray

I guess I lucked out as my trickler is naturally sitting at a really good angle for throwing H4350 without going over and having to mess with it. I'll keep the A419 base in mind though, should other powders not do so well.

How did everyone get along with getting a itemized reciept.I just got a email from Randi, from A&D saying I have to have a itemized receipt.I cannot find ce-products phone number anywhere.Does anyone have contact info other than email?

When they shipped I received an electronic itemized receipt and a hard copy one came with the scale.

Thank you I went back threw emails and feel like a dumbass there was a invoice that had scale separated. I just sent it to a&d we will see what happens hanks

I am using a 2/3 cup stainless measuring cup from WalMart for my powder cup. Nothing has bounced out and the set was $6. I picked up my AutoTrickler used and it didn't come with a cup.

ordered 2 60ml stainless steel cup on amazon for 7 bux, will see how it turn out

Just set up my balance and tricker today, and loaded 120 stress free rounds of 6.5 creedmoor for my upcoming match on Saturday. What an improvement from my old stress inducing Dillon electronic scale. That old Dillon would constantly fluctuate, which would cause me to basically re-measure each charge twice, sometimes thrice and it drove me darn near crazy.

I just used my setup for the first time as well. Although I did not get the auto thrower. For me tossing in a spoon of powder isn't that time consuming. I got through 100 cartridges and it felt like I had only loaded 10 when using a balance beam scale.

It is a 1/3 cup, not 2/3.

I put my RCBS Uniflow back into service to throw a grain or 2 under my target weight. I don't have time to seat bullets between throws like I did with the Chargemaster, but I also don't have any over/under throws anymore.

I loaded up a some H4895 loads for my .223 and ended up with a 4 SD with the new scale.

Nothing here, nor did I get an email confirmation. I think I'm going to have to call tomorrow.

it took ~7 weeks for me. they did mention 6-8 weeks. If you must, i think Randi's email is in this thread, he's pretty quick with replies.

I emailed mine in and emailed them as I got no verification. And Randi emailed me saying They needed a itemized invoice on 4/6 and I emailed it to them and have no response.Im not in a big rush just would be nice to know they have what they need.

They didn't respond to me either. I had to keep bugging them and bugging them until I finally got a response saying that mine had already be processed. Why you wouldn't send a confirmation email is beyond me. Takes a simple email template. Or better yet. Before having a damn promotion, make sure you are set up to handle it!.
