UPS Refuses to ship Action and Bolt back to Defiance for Warranty Inspection

I sent my buddy some bullets and brass recently through UPS. On the outside of the box I had written in big letters, "EXTRA SMALL USED PENIS PUMP". When the girl asked me what i was shipping I told her car parts. He got his stuff..

Most UPS stores are independently owned and they ship to the whims of its owner. UPS hubs however, should always ship. But even there, depending on who is working will determine if you are in and out fast or the idiot calls the supervisor who is on break and you need to wait.

Receiver = metal frame. Barrel = metal tube. Once fired brass = brass cylinders. Projectiles = copper slugs. You’re not lying but not telling the idiot behind the counter more then they need to know. This also cuts down on ”missing” packages. Next if any idiot tried to cut open my box while I was standing there they might get a beating. Get a home account and do your own labels then you don’t need to even talk to the WOKE ass clerk behind the counter. Been doing this a long time and never had a shipment refused.

USPS is the only game in my small town. Have passed a full pelican 1750 through the window, only the standard questions asked, have a nice day. Ups always gives me shit.

UPS hub in NJ want a copy of FFL where item is being shipped.

Local UPS hub once gave me the same shit when trying to send my shotgun back to Kolar. If being returned to the manf or gunsmith, my understanding is that an FFL is not required.

After a bit of argument, and intervention from a supervisor, they shipped it.

This was a good 10 years ago so may well be diff now.

Yeah but, there's cuck's like the OP that just put their head down and walk away when scolded by Karen.
This is the correct escalation if the hourly behind the counter first says NO, then again says NO after being shown the corporate policy that explicitly permits shipping firearms.

they always ask at the tiny office i have used recently. i don't know what they would say if i told them it was a lower or upper.

Mine asks for FFL and if going in for repairs or selling it.

Doc

Never, ever heard of a UPS Customer Center employee cutting into a customer's parcel.

Showing the lackey the corporate policy for shipping firearms should fix the problem, and if it doesn't, showing it to a supervisor should.
And when you Karen your way to the top and the CEO of UPS tells you to fuck off, then what?

It’s the dangers of what’s happening these days. Corporations to small businesses are starting to buy into work culture bullshit…that includes denying gun movement via mail. You’re not “giving them your business” but no one will ship your shit…that’s the potential problem.

And when you Karen your way to the top and the CEO of UPS tells you to fuck off, then what?
Then you tell him to his face what he is. A pansy assed bitch! And thank God there were men with balls that started this great country. Unlike useless neutered bitches like him.

But your gun still sits there…unshipped….and all he or she needs to do is sit there and bask in the satisfaction of their victory while you peacock around red faced calling people bitches…with your unshipped gun.

This is why there is no winning back the hearts and minds of the country. So the correct answer is you need to:
1)Find
2)create
3) or use illegal

ways to ship your product. This is useful. This is 2021. No one cares if you call them a bitch. That’s not useful.

Sooner or later people will realize that country is already divided, and the second amendment doesn’t have the support that it needs unless people take proactive measures to protect what they believe in. Being a Karen gets you nowhere.

That won't happen because UPS corporate policy explicitly allows shipment of firearms and they ship thousands of firearms every.damn.day. But what's to say Biden won't make the same policy of the USPS, or Fred Smith won't suddenly decide to do the same at FedEx?

All that is little more than mental masturbation and internet speculation.

UPS Stores can do whatever the owner wants, but Customer Centers are bound by corporate policy. Most folks at Customer Centers know it very well, but some don't...and if/when that happens pulling the policy up on your phone and showing it to the hourly worker (or their sup) will get the package accepted.

People are making this far more complicated, and far larger, than it really is or needs to be.

It won’t happen..unless it does happen. Corporate policy ARE subject to change. It’s not THAT far out. If you need to call corporate to rectify a defiant customer center…I wouldn’t be surprised if they backed the customer center.

I understand that there are firearms all over the country being shipped from and to federal facilities to ffls and whatever places like buds guns does with warehouses. Still…here we are.

If's and butts? He answered your question and you reply with a "but what if?"
Do you know what question can never be answered?

It was a rhetorical question. If you’re following the conversation that you’re so desperately wanting to shutdown. I don’t actually expect someone to Karen all the way to the CEO herself of UPS. Who is actually a contributing republican. But sure, I understand not wanting to converse on a Internet forum, made for conversing. Especially when I told you what peacocking around the managers office would get you. In your what if scenario.

Awe, I am so sorry.

I seriously missed the sarcasm font.

Yep in voorhees nj. I used to photocopy any I could find on the internet. They never checked and they told me they would keep it on file. I was like ... “ anything To help” lol

What are you talking about, if you ship a rifle to an FFL you get a copy of the receivers FFL and put it in the box.
No you don’t. That’s stupid.

I would never provide my FFL to a non-licensee for any reason. You can have the first 3 and last 5 to verify on EZ Check. That’s it.

There are also several reasons the receiver doesn’t even have to have an FFL. You can ship firearms intrastate in most states for private sales. You can ship a firearm from yourself to yourself C/O another person in probably any other state the firearm is legal.

So I guess the thousands of firearms sold on GB where a non FFL seller receives the ship to FFL is wrong.

You can ship a receiver via USPS. Pretty sure the same holds true for any other long gun but not pistols. I know I have shipped complete rifles with the knowledge the post office without issue. If it is for a "repair" the manufacturer can ship the firearm directly back to your residence.

I have shipped firearms directly to manufacturers for repair via USPS and received it back at my residence. Never once going through an FFL. One even replaced a gun under warranty with a different serial number and it too came directly to my house.
