Save yourself a lot of heart ache and save up and buy a Vectronix Terrapin. These others will not do what you want to do. I have no affiliation with any of these companies but I have played the rangefinder game and if its not a Vectronix it's not a rangefinder. Dustin

That makes my blood boil. I've got plenty to say and most of it would result in a permanent vacation from SH so ill keep my thoughts to myself.

This is not an official statistic but I feel very confident saying that 80-90% of S&Bs are 5-25. The main reason being that you'll never shoot on 5x let alone 3x but the difference in 20x and 25x is noticeable. I hope this helps Dustin

That's the best news I've heard in a long time. It sounds like ranging a hog or coyote at 600 yards shouldn't be a problem. There are a lot of critters that are no longer safe.

Why exactly would someone want this unit without the rangefinder? I truly thought the rangefinder was what set this apart from everything else.

I'm not 100% sure but judging by how top end the facility is I'd say that it's a members only range. I'd say its worth every penny if you were close enough to use it on a regular basis. It's not your typical rifle range.

The Austin Gun Club goes out to 2000 yards. It is a super nice facility. I shot a match down there a couple months ago and I would be a member if I lived anywhere remotely close to that range.
