Hey Chad, Sent you a PM asking you but, you clicked the 'Remove yourself from the topic button' so I wasn't sure what that meant. Do you do work with Browning Abolt actions? Someone on the Hide said to ask you. If not, anyone you would recommend? Thanks.
Re: RIP Dasiy Dog RIP. Had dogs growing up but, lost our first with my family about 6 years ago (black lab). Like you, the hardest part was telling the kids that she had passed. Damn, I had no idea I'd be so attached to that dog! Took 3 years before I'd think about getting another one...
Re: help me pick a stock!!! I love the KRG Whiskey 3 but, for stock that will be used more for hunting and general use. Like mentioned above, you may want to wait for the Manners EH1. At under 28oz. it can be a real benefit to lose some weight in the rig. If you can't wait for that-...
Re: Why not Browning? Well, I did send him (Chad Dixon) a PM to ask if he worked on ABolt actions and he replied by clicking the "removing himself from thread" button?????? WTF? Guess he doesn't do it or doesn't want to do it---either way, why not just tell me?

Re: Loopers (murder of 10 year olds) Wow, I'm surprised by some of these comments. I support the second amendment as fervently as anyone but, to make this movie into anything but entertainment (good or bad) is a bit of a stretch. The movie is fiction. A movie is no different than a book...
Re: Need Advice - Ladder Vs. OCW, First Attempt DIdn't have a chance to read the above post completely, so forgive me if I'm redundant... with the .338, I would do 1 grain to find max pressure and general ladder. Then run a second test with .5 grain increments later to fine tune. Good Luck!

Re: ordered a savage in .260 today Love the .260! Great choice and you have lots of options to customize in the future. Good luck and keep us informed on how it shoots.
Re: Manners New Elite Hunter Stocks Great work Tom! Like others have asked, any idea on when other finishes will be offered (ie speckle, camo, etc.)? Thanks.
Re: 7mm holy grail I'd be looking at a LA too with the 7-300 WM or something similar. When Berger eventually gets those .284, 190 grainers out ---- WOW! I'd like a little larger case than the WSM to be able to push them over 3000 fps.
