    I hope this wasn't directed towards me. I can assure you, I have spent plenty of time fixing other peoples fu@#ups. BTW, I don't own an edm but, I know someone who does and have seen what it is capable of doing. You are only limited by your imagination.

    I can't think of a time when a screw gave me much trouble. Taps were always a pain in the ass when they would break. I don't supose one of these would help much with that though. Do you have a nifty tool to extract a broken tap?

    A sinker edm would be more practical than a wire machine. No hole required. They burn threads too. A cnc edm would be a nice addition to you collection. :D

    I see it now. I didn't remember the spindle extending that far into the backing plate but, I see it doesn't leave any room for the screws.

    Nice work. I'm curious why you didn't make the chuck out of the backing plate since you didn't have the cam locks in the way?

    I talked about this with Stacy Blankenship several years ago. I decided it wasn't worth voiding the warranty so, I sold the AE and bought an AW. They have gotten more reasonable since the AX came out.

    I don't think this crowd is the type to hold a grudge. ;) With such a close up picture, it is difficult to get a reference. Now that the cat is out of the bag on what it is, perhaps you could post a couple of more pics or ever a video of it in operation.

    Shipping a pistol in a case is a good way to make sure it doesn't make it. Make it look as generic as possible. Abbreviate the name of the company if it has "gun" or "firearm" in the name.

    Are you sure you have enough clearance in the neck of your chamber? If you are necking down brass, the neck could be thick.

    It has more to do with pressure. Most velocities are measured from a 4" barrel but the +p and +p+ rating is designed to prevent use in early firearms of the same caliber.
