Putting a 6.5 creedmoor build and barrel lead times are nuts. I have a choice between a Krieger M24 1:8.5 twist -OR- a Rock Creek Rem Varmint 1:8 twist. All reading I've been doing leads me to get a 1:8 barrel since I plan to shoot factory Hornady 140 A Max. Any downside with a 1:8.5 twist...
anyone know if the AW mag works with the AX AICS chassis? If not, can it be modified to work? I'm spec'ing a build with either a Defiance Deviant or Still Tac30AW action. I already have a stash of AW mags so wanted to get this action/stock combo to work with the AW mag. Thanks
