Well, 3.5 years and +/- 14000 rounds later, I think my .22 mag gave up the ghost.

Good to hear you’re up and running again. My favorite caliber, 2nd to 22LR is 22mag., and it looks like you have a great shooting one at that!

    Springfield 2020 .22LR

After seeing numerous photos of the bottom of the receiver, it looks so close to a CZ, has anyone tried dropping one of the into a CZ stock to see if they’re anywhere close? Maybe even on a RAR stock as it uses the same style mag system? Any dimensions on the action screw distances on the 2020?

Ok my 2 cents…you’re getting the new barrel, install with proper torque, etc along with the action screws, run 50-100 rounds. if still “spitting” afterwards only thing it can really be at that point other than operator error on the “spitted” shot is the ammo, and maybe head spacing / slop in...

MY .22 lr to .308 win COMPARISON TABLES

lots of trainer questions and answers. based on my experience and #'s through my set ups both 22 and 308 and running through a ballistics calculator that matches my range results, i came up with a drop comparison(22lr zeroed at 50 yards, .308 at...

Palmetto State Armory - QUITE IMPRESSED!

OK so my nephew wanted to get an AR, after shopping around a bit and pricing by piece / parts, usefull options vs. price i suggested he goes with a PSA as a "starter". After reading the reviews of even the "blemished" pieces, i was pretty confident...

Which .22 carry pistol actually works reliable?

Ok OP so i’m Thinking you're talking about an all around plinking pistol that can basically be carried for self defense too, and snakes and such. I wouldn’t go with one for self defense as the primary mission, but if I did it would be a snub by revolver in 22lr or mag. S&W has a few nice ones...

    Vortex Razor reticle?

same thing, but completely different lol, so it subtends correctly as the highest power is the only power. my mistake on the variable thing.

    CZ 457

question for any cz 457 owners that removed the action from the stock.... to me it looks as if there is no rear action screw but a cut in the back bottom of the receiver that engages some sort of recoil lug in the stock. is this true or does it have a true 2 action screw setup?

Only $11,302.00 for a 16" 6mm Creedmore with an extra stock and bottom metal

i can see if they threw in a box of shells but without a box of shells that's a deal breaker! Vortex Razor reticle?

... corresponds to the highest magnification, so unless on the highest "power" it's not truly subtending correctly. but it's vortex, so it's gotta be good.

Calibers that ruin barrels fast -> Are they a pain in the ass?

i run a plain jane .243, considered a 2,000 round barrel. i got about 1,400 through it now, have not noticed any changes yet. but i also reload with a slower / "cooler" powder H1000. so it's a little slower than the usual FPS. i figure if you're gonna shoot, and picked up a "barrel burner...
