Does the AR upper receiver matter?

I’m looking to do a few upper builds, with top tier handguards, and Krieger barrels. Assuming the upper receiver is mil spec, from Anderson to Noveske/BCM - will the upper receiver matter for group size or anything else?

    Lead fraying when seating bullets

When seating my bullets, I at times get a tiny amount of lead fraying (tiny fragments of lead from the bullet) that sit on the top of the case. I’m not sure if this is from having my necks too tight or sharp cases or maybe I’m not seating the bullets straight enough. Any ideas?

    Ruger Precision vs Accuracy International?

I know these rigs are very different. That said I pose a question. If both were being used for 600 yard F Class, in moderate weather: If they both had the same Bartlein barrel and the same trigger, would there be a difference consistent group sizes, etc between the two rifles?

    Gunsmithing Ruger Precision replacement barrel

So I’ve used up a decent amount of my 6.5 Creedmoor, Ruger Precision stock barrel. I have had good results thus far with the stock barrel. However I just began loading my base to ogive to 2.55 which makes my COAL too long for my magazines. So I’m assuming I’m probably around halfway through...

I need to get data on my rifle so I set up15 different loads with 10 rounds each. I need to get FPS data but if I shoot too fast I might mess with the #s. What length intervals should I use to make sure my barrel isn’t affecting the FPS?
