Re: .223 & H380 loads... I use 22.5 grains of H380, cci 400, 55 grain hornady soft point and LC .223 case. For plinking ammo it works fine, i chrono them today at 2100fps, a bit slow compare to the average .223 speed. If you are looking to shoot at 100 yards of less then this will work fine.
