    The bolt head isn't moving, just the bolt body when the sear releases the cocking pin. It isn't something that needs to be fixed. Even if you did, it wouldn't change the way it shoots. That's part of the beauty of the floating bolt head.

    Get some of the epoxy putty. The kind that you knead together in your fingers. Push a ball of it into the stuck case and wait for it to set (about 10 minutes). Then pop it out with a cleaning rod inserted from the muzzle.

    Savage is a bit of a different animal than other actions. When you have them square the face of the action make sure they square it in relation to the tennon threads, not the bolt raceway. Make sure they don't re-cut the action threads either.

    I've used JB Weld with very good success. Devcon 10110 is easier to use due to the thicker consistency. Kiwi neutral for release.

    I've use a method similar to this. Exchange some epoxy stick for the Cerrosafe. The putty is the kind you knead with your fingers. Then just push it into the stuck case. Wait a couple minutes for the epoxy to kick off and set. Then knock it out with a cleaning rod.

    I've run a couple WSM out of a Kwik Klip from Cabelas. Cheap, and they work very well. I'm going run a similar setup as above in my 6.5mmWSM out of a PTG stealth bottom metal.

    Just mark the top of the barrel, take it off, and send it to Ross. His brake and install is cheaper than almost any bare brake out there. His work is good, fast, and cheap.

    Agents don't give a shit if it's paid before or after approval. You'd submit your form, wait 9 months, then pay for your immediate stamp. ATF doesn't worry about the cash flow generated by our forms as part of their operating budget. It wouldn't change a thing.
