Elite iron, a couple of us and the boys at crane we’re testing it about a year before they were out. Still nothing comes close for field shooting with big bore guns.
The elite iron handles bmg's very well, the only thing he doesn't recommend is inverting the legs and string up the bmg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Re: Big Bore Bipods ~ LRA ~ RND ~ Dale Poling has a bipod out that is really nice Ive been using one for about a year on my bmg and its working great. He makes them to run on a tube for windrunners and would work on XLR's tube also. I've owned 2 rnd bipod's in the past and Dales is better...
Re: Crescent Customs Sako TRG M995 - Range report Manners did it. Tim built the gun a few years ago when he worked for GA. It was Georges stock that he wasn't going to use anymore, I think he told me they were dinking around with 30/378's or 33/378's for hunting.
Re: Crescent Customs Sako TRG M995 - Range report I have bottom metal and a manners t4 with a badger nv mount that i'd sell if someone needs one as a package only.

Re: DTA HTI vs EDM, 375 vs 408 Cheytac, accuracy and.. Did any of you ever ask Bill if he would chamber one up? When I asked him a few years back I had to supply the barrel, reamers and and gauges and he would chamber it. He probably just doesn't want to invest in the barrels and reamers.

Re: EDM Windrunner = POS If you want the safety to work properly you'll have to get a huber trigger(different safety geometry)a standard rem trigger works for shit there to much tension on it. I take it you broke the safety reengaging the safety? The elite iron bipod will solve your other issue.
