In reference to some of McBride's exploits, "Precision Shooting" magazine had an article some time ago where an American writer found some terrain as described by McBride in his book and located one of his "hides" in a surviving building. I traded into the AAC M7. Neat little rifle, 1/7 twist. Hammers the Rem 220's. Perfect little bolt for the caliber. Wish they had this rifle in .223, would be a great walking varminter.

I agree with Wade. No one is prohibited from bringing their tactical .308/.223 to an FTR match, sans brake. Participation is encouraged.
