Re: Is there really gold in there? Fort Knox Before I PCS'd from there this past spring, the rumor was that the H1N1 vaccine was stored there. I drove past it everyday for 2 years and never paid it any attention, my mind cant fathom that ammount of money, may as well be full of styro foam.

Re: how do you PT to stay in shape? Gym Jones and Crossfit exercise usually, but tailor the workouts to my own needs. Every so often I pull out P90X for variety, actually dig the plyo disc. I got a lot of great exercises off of Mountain Athlete's site as well.

Re: Anyone running a 16" AR in 6.8 SPC? After checking out Bison Armory's site, I may just up the barrel to 20". I did some lurking over on 68forums, and if anyone else is looking for solid data on the 6.8, thats a great place to start.

I'm considering the purchase of a 16" AR upper in 6.8 SPC, to be used primarily for hunting whitetails and pigs. Does anyone here have experience in using this equipment for the intended application, and if so what kind of accuracy and range are to be expected and what is your prefered load?
