Has anyone had any experience with the Meoptas? A friend has one that he just bought,its a Meostar 4x16x44, it doesn`t have side focus, its got AO My thoughts were that he should have got a Viper PST for around the same money and had more features.Does anyone have any pros or cons on this scope...

Re: Unertl Its got a small amount of rust, not too noticable, but the lens caps have got rust in the threads and they won`t come off,I`m gonna try Kroil if I can find some, the local parts stores here don`t stock it, thats about the best penetrating oil I`ve ever used. I`ll keep the scope...

I`ve come across a Unertl target scope thats been on a shelf in a guy`s basement for about 25 years, is there any place that does work on these scopes and can parts be bought for them?

Does the age of the battery on the Leica 1200 have any adverse effect on the ranging distance, or will it range as far on a battery thats a year old or farther on a new one?

What is the footprint of the mil dot per 100 yds and at what power on the NXS 5X22 NIGHTFORCE,I`m thinking at 22 power on this scope is right, where on the Nikon it is 12 power.

Would shooting over water have any adverse effect on the mirage and the poi of a bullet as opposed to shooting over warm or hot fields?

How far would a 70 gr. bullet be effective on a coyote? Muzzle velocity is 3450.

Re: TTC KNOBS for NF shankster, I bought the ballistics program and I`ve got all the info for my load and my location, it is right on target at whatever range I dial to, so I thought that the TTC knobs would be a benefit for quicker dial up. I`m using this scope on a 243 and a 70 gr...

Has anyone tried these knobs from Kenton Industries? It would seem to me like a good thing to have instead of a range card, anyone got any pros or cons?
