Re: Outstanding cardio option Sprints are great for burning fat and for training to be fast, obviously (train slow, be slow) But I don't necessarily view cardio workouts and fat burning workouts to be the same thing. Although with interval training, they certainly can be.

Re: burris extreme 30mm rings???? I have 2 sets one med and one low. I don't have an issue with the quality but they are tall rings. The low on my EGW base is still a little high with a 42mm obj. and I had to build my cheek piece up a little.

Re: How much muscle added when increasing bench 10lbs? if you're 45 and still adding lean muscle mass, that in itself is impressive. Benching 175 to 200% of bodyweight is also very, very impressive.
