    Rifle Scopes Scope interchangeability

Re: Scope interchangeability What about taking off your rings that are secured with clamp-nuts (e.g. TPS rings). Does it harm the scope in any way by loosening one ring then the other. If not, wouldn't they return to zero on the rifle also? Yes, this would take more time, but it might be...

Rifle Scopes Ultra Low Scope rings?

    JP SCR-11 or JP -15

Not the best time to be in the market for another AR, but thought I would put in an order and see what happens. I am looking for a 204 in an AR platform to take out for prairie dogs. Looking to top accuracy, budget not a big issue if the value is there. Was leaning JP, but see they have a set...

Rifle Scopes Nightforce F1 Zero Stop Tutorial

Re: Nightforce F1 Zero Stop Tutorial Thanks John, this is great. I've had a zero stop for a while now and hate to admit it, but have been too chicken to mess with the clutch. I’ll give it a try once I zero the new rifle.

    Proof Testing?

So I purchased a Savage Target Action from Jim Briggs at Northland Shooters Supply (great to work with btw). The tag on the action gives a warning that the action has not been proof tested. Should I be concerned about this or is it just another case of lawyer CYA? Should I perform some testing...
