Had a scope worked on back in October 2019 and spoke to them again in January about another one, at that time they said it will open again after retool and some re-organization. I think you can sign up on the custom shop sight to get updates.
Might be your brass. i shoot a bolt gun, but my load is in the 44 grain range with great accuracy and no pressure signs. I never reloaded for a semi auto though, so could be a different issue
Kimber Custom Target Sig Sauer Scorpion Sig Sauer 1911-22 and a .38 revolver In March Sig had a deal where if you buy any new full sized 1911 .45 you get a 1911-22 for free, it was too good to pass up- especially because the Scorpion was on sale and I had just sold my Springfield XD .45
155s in a .308 are a dream. Push them close to 3000fps and you're set. I'd stay with the .308 and load up some 155s. How often will you realistically be going to 1000? If it becomes morefrequent than under 500 I would reconsider the switch Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk
I have a custom Kimber Target in .45 that is fun to shoot and very accurate. I did however just buy a Sig Scorpion .45...it is just as accurate but isnt a target gun (not as tight as the kimber, and it has standard night sights not target sights.) that being said, i love my kimber and wont be...
I use a 30 round AR Mag pouch, I sniped the elastic retention band off the front and it works perfect. Not sure of brand, I bought a bunch off ebay a few years ago
I wanted a cheap and easy way to attach my range finder to my spotting scope. Using a scrap piece of aluminum I built my first version of this over the weekend. Since I have another 2feet of aluminum I think I might make a second one that puts the range finder on the right side of my spotting...
I'm going to call tomorrow morning, but to satisfy my need for instant gratification: Does anyone know if they can put any of these MOA Reticles in the Mark4 16x?
I started my girlfriend off on my .22 bolt guns, after her asking a couple times to shoot my .308, I let her and it went well. I just made sure she was into the stock on every shot so it didn't punch her. And I loaded some 110 grain bullets light for her first shots so there was no recoil. She...
I found them to be very easy to load, i use imr 8208xbr and seat them deep. They have to run fast though, mine do best around or above 2900 fps. When I did my research, I saw a lot of people loading them for M1As with great success. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk
I recently picked up a Windows Surface RT because it was cheap (under $200 for package with keyboard) and I figured why not give tablets another shot. It is great except for the lack of ballistic software apps available. Now I already have Strelok on my Android phone and I love it, but I...
I have one, after a slight modification I love it, skd transaction was really smooth. I felt mine was underfilled, so I cut it open and replaced the filling with airsoft bbs- its light and really good now. Always on my rifle.
I shoot 155 smks and amax out of a 12 twist, works perfectly for me, they like to be shot with some velocity though- i'm around 44.6 grains of 8208XBR for my smk and amax loads (2900-3000 fps based on drops out to 800 yards, i just got a chronograph so i'll get actual velocity soon)
You will have to measure the distance between studs on your stock. Bell& Carlson is 2.5 inches (center to center) I believe H&S is 2 inches I believe McMillan 3 inches perhaps contact Seekins, they might know
