You can still source new replacement barrels from Sporting-services.uk for a fraction of the price you are going to pay for that gun.

    Sig Sauer SSG 2000

Wow! Man that's a rare piece right there! I have a feeling that Switzerland is the only place where some of these show up from time to time! If you ever want to sell it, give me a shout :)

    Sig Sauer SSG 2000

As of late, I have increasingly become interested in researching information about this rifle. For some reasons, it seems like it's one of those rifles that never gets talked about. Not only that: the amount of information on the web is very limited and - in some cases - conflicting...

Recommend ammunition for AI AXMC .308

As others pointed out, you may want to try some high quality 175 grs loaded factory offerings by the usual brands, like Lapua, RWS, Federal, Sako or even Fiocchi. Not sure what you have over there though. Good luck and report back if you wish!

    First 308

I'd listen to the gentlemen above and sneak that TRG 22.

    First 308

Germany. There are very few articles on the internet about the rifle itself (no marketing behind it), but the company is well known for those who have been around for a while. It's worth taking a look though.

    First 308

OP, I would take a look at the Unique Alpine UPG-1 as well... It's an affordable version of their TPG rifle. Not imported in the US, hence not much talk on this forum, and still quite unknown in Europe as well.

Sako TRG 42 338LM, what do you think of that possible deal?

Sounds like you want the green one. Wait for one to pop up for sale so that you won't have regrets. PS: I have a green phosphatized TRG 22 and love it. Cheers

    Rifle Accuracy vs. Shooter Accuracy

IMO, it's not possible to complitely separate the precision of the shooter from the equipment he is using.

Rifle Scopes New March-FX 4.5-28X52 HM WA

@Glassaholic by chance, have you written any comparison between TT and minox?

Rifle Scopes Need help picking a scope, please. ATACR 7-35 VS ZCO 5-27

I agree with sample variation being bad at that price point and I hope that Minox can sort that out, but saying that the scope is mediocre is too much. I haven't handled a ZCO so I won't comment on that, but I have experience with NF scopes and I just prefer the design of the Minox: better...

Rifle Scopes Need help picking a scope, please. ATACR 7-35 VS ZCO 5-27

"The glass in the ZP5 is better than the ATACR, but other than that it doesn’t even compete with the ATACR 7-35 or ZCO 5-27. " LOL, some of you guys change your mind pretty fast... I guess it's the syndrome of raving about the latest and greatest toy that gets you....

    Haenel RS8

Looks like a fine rifle. I have a TRG 22 and an SSG 3000 (McMillan stock) and I've always been very fascinated by high-end European factory rifles. Still need to shoot an AI though. Anyway, this and the Unique Alpine TPG 3 really look like tanks.

    Haenel RS8

Hi C4N4DIAN, could you please provide more information about your RS8? How does it shoot? Feeding it with reolads or factory ammo? Thanks, Davide

Rifle Scopes Premier 5-25 or Kahles 6-24 MSR question?

That's funny, because I've always heard that the Kahles eyebox was second only to Hensoldt. Once again it is proved that choosing a top end scope is extremely subjective to say the least.

Rifle Scopes Premier, S&B, Kahles or March?...

Good news. Now what about the prices? Will they be the same as now? Thanks in advance.
